COVID-19 UPDATE

• Isolated Incident• All parties involved were contacted• We took high precautionary measures to ensure the safety of all• Thorough cleaning and disinfecting was done• Gym is back to reservations only• Tavern To Go is being reworked and will be communicated • First Service has their own policies

• Approval for Adjusted Hours:

• Outdoor Pool: 8:00am – 8:00pm• Gym: Added time slot from 7:00pm to 8:00pm

• Gym is still by reservation only

PROJECTS

COMPLETED PROJECTS

• Amphitheater step lighting has been refurbished and refitted with LED lights

• All walkway lighting has been repaired• Upstairs restrooms have been converted to Family Style restrooms• Downstairs restrooms have been fitted with automatic door openers

for handicap access• Skywall track in the ballroom was repaired• The ballroom walls have been painted – goes very nicely with new

carpet and chairs

COMPLETED PROJECTS

• Quarterly AED Inspection completed – PASSED – new cases and cabinets being installed

• Sprinkler and Emergency Light inspection – PASSED• No Trespassing signage around the Clubhouse outdoor amenity

areas• Fishing signage placed throughout the community• Large oak trees at the clubhouse have been removed of 60% moss

IN PROCESS / APPROVED PROJECTS

• Large dead Sylvester Palm tree on Del Webb Blvd is being replaced• Indoor pool ramp is being re-tiled with ADA slip grip tiles• Outdoor pool heater – mixing valve replacement covered through warranty• Tennis court is being repaired for cracks and repainted• Basketball court is being repaired for cracks and repainted, new backboard & net• Various ADA / tactile pads are being replaced at community’s street corners• Damaged pavers will be grinded and repaired at front and back of Clubhouse,

including the pool area• DWO fountain is being repaired and all lighting is being redone w/ LED• Washed out area by entrance – working together with Golf Course on this

ON THE HORIZON

• Permanent solution to back pedestrian gate• Vendor’s supplier affected by COVID-19, which was the delay and why

cancelled last minute• Master Association misspoke about responsibility• Temporary solution in place: 2-4-6-8-B

• Monument repairs – same issue as fence vendor• Fishing dock repairs and weather treatment• Sidewalk and asphalt repairs – about a year long project

CANDIDATE QUESTIONS

• Homeowners have until July 17th to submit their questions for the candidates. Please email questions to Chris at Chris.Cleveland@fsresidential.com.

• Management will compile all questions into an easy to read questionnaire for all candidates to answer.

• All candidates will answer the same questions.

• Answers will be posted on July 31st for viewing by the community

CANDIDATE VIDEOS

• Each candidate will have the opportunity to record a 5 minute video to introduce themselves and let the community know why they should be elected to the board of directors.

• The candidate videos will be posted on July 31st, along with the questionnaire answers, for the community to view.

LIMITED PROXY

• Already sent in first notice (blue form)

• This ONLY needs to be turned in if you cannot attend the meeting on August 18th.

• Proxy is only used to maintain a quorum (188 homes)

• No need to fill out someone else’s name on the proxy since only being used for quorum

• One form per household only

• Provide the email address that will be used to vote

• You will receive an email invitation closer to election date from Becker Ballot

• Electronic voting will open at 6:00am and end at 2:15pm on August 18th
