Disclaimer Dehradun Smart City Proposal (SCP) has been selected to implement the Area Based Development (ABD) and Pan-City proposals by Government of India (GoI) under Smart City Mission (SCM). DSCL SCP proposes served smart solution in ADB and cross pan-city providing various Smart feature/infrastructure. To implement Smart City projects in DSCL, Dehradun Municipal Corporation and Uttarakhand Government has formed a SPV called Dehradun Smart City Ltd. (DSCL).The DSCL has prepared this Request for Proposals (RFP) for Selection of Master System Integrator for Implementation of Command and Control Centre for Dehradun City”. The RFP is a detailed document with specifies terms and conditions on which the concessionaire is expected to work. These terms and conditions are designed keeping in view the overall aim and objectives of the Command and Control Centre. DSCL has taken due care in preparation of information contained herein and believes it to be accurate.
