EXPERIENCE USC – VivanTech Kuali Financial System Implementation project Working as an Independent Financial Consultant to support the analysis and implementation of the open source Kuali Financial System (KFS) to replace the existing legacy financial system at University of Southern California. Analyzed Kuali software functionality and compatibility with existing legacy system’s process for Financial Transactions, General Ledger and Accounting Reports as well as support effort for Gap Analysis, Specification Development and Testing. Also supported Project Management and coordination between USC user community and developers. Supported initial implementation of Financial Transactions. May 2009 - June 2013 Boeing Corporation (C-17 Program, C-130 AMP Program, International Space Station, Delta Rocket Program) Worked a contractor assignment as a Business Analyst in the C-130 AMP Program Business Operations group. The job consisted of supporting specific departments in the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) compliance such as budget baseline maintenance, Estimate to Completion (EAC) and cost/schedule variance analysis. Previous assignments included top-level financial integration for Integrated Product Team (IPT), process improvement analysis, corrective action plan development, financial forecasts and government/corporate audit support. Responsibilities included supporting the business plan, final cost forecast, budget baseline maintenance, cost monitoring and supporting various financial reporting requirements. Assignments consisted of being the IS Divisional Controller for Northrop's Electronics Division, Corporate Office, Common Systems and IIS Internal Projects. Also worked as a Contract Administrator for tracking subcontractor activities relating to procurement and maintenance of computer equipment along with the proposal and pricing effort relating to new business development.
