tools (Drive test results), Customer Complaints and highly utilized sites. Analyzing log file for interference, quality, HO failure, C/A, C/I and proper frequency radiation. Also software Tools skills in Mapinfo v8.5, MS Office, Google Earth.

Primary Responsibilities:

Planning and Optimization of GSM & UMTS network. Handling customer complaints related to the voice and data for 2G and 3G network. Handling Drive test and optimization activity at clutter level to ensure best coverage and quality. Coverage and capacity site planning for GSM and WCDMA network. Maintaining KPI of new on air and existing sites. Radio Network Optimization for GSM and WCDMA by analyzing drive tests reports and

parameters. Analysis of Network performance statistics (KPI) e.g., Drop Statistics, Hand over statistics and

their reasons on day-to-day basis and resolving the problems by taking necessary actions on it. RF survey for testing the feasibility and installation of the System (NEW TOWN SURVEY,

SHARING SITE SURVEY,CAPACITY SITE).

Analysis and Post processing of RF drive test log Files on tools like TEMS Investigation, MapInfo to determine Network problems like Poor Coverage Patches, Interference, call drops, hand over Issues.

Checking Co scrambling code issues. Add missing 3G-3G and 3G-2G neighbors and deleting the long neighbor relations using scanner measurements.
