Here are some astounding statistics according to the United Nations,

the World Health Organization and the World Bank:

894 million people lack access to clean water, and having access to

clean water for drinking and sanitation would prevent at least 9.1%

of all global diseases and 6.3% of all deaths;

3.4 million people die every year from illnesses directly attributable

to the unclean water they drank or used to cook or clean;

Every 20 seconds a child dies from water-related disease; and

Over 50% of the world’s hospitals beds are occupied with people

suffering from illnesses linked with contaminated water.

There is an untapped and unlimited resource for pure water & energy located along the coastline of Oman. Deep Ocean Currents of Cold water (4-6 degrees) circumnavigate the Globe. The deep ocean trenches that are relatively close to the Oman shoreline have inexhaustible water resources that can provide complete security for Oman in ultrapure, sustainable, and environmentally sustainable water forever. The deep ocean water located below 600m to 1000 m below the surface is considered SPF water (specific pathogen free) and when it is harvested it only requires for the salinity to be removed producing nutrient and mineral rich refreshing drinkable water. The high level of nutrients and minerals make the water not only perfect for drinking but also for food production in agriculture and Seafood production in aquaculture. Utilizing Deep Ocean Water eliminates viral contamination in Marine animal propagation, nursery and Grow-out, the biggest risk in Aquaculture production. Current agriculture and aquaculture projects in other parts of the world utilizing deep ocean water are providing growth rates of 30% to 40% higher than regular water sources. Deep Ocean Water has very low Dissolved Oxygen which allows it to be stored for long periods of time without degradation. Deep ocean water is also very cold (4-8°) and through ocean thermal energy conversion can be used to produce clean base load energy without utilizing any fossil fuels; only the temperature variation between the deep ocean water and surface water to generate continuous 24/7 electric power. We have proven technology to harvest the deep ocean water, and desalinate the deep ocean water in commercial quantities at very competitive rates in comparison to current ocean desalination. There is also Ocean Thermal Energy which can provide the power (without fossil fuels) to operate the desalination plants and pumping systems. All of our technologies are environmentally sustainable, with little or no negative impact on any part of the ecosystem.

Vessel-born Deep Ocean Water Harvesting and Desalination: Rapid Deployment, fully mobile

This proven concept is based on providing a fully mobile water production capability to harvest

Deep Ocean Water off-shore.

For each contract and project, a suitable vessel will be purchased on the open market and

equipped with our Deep Ocean Water Harvesting Equipment. Suitable vessels are widely

available at very reasonable prices.

Our vessel borne system consists of the deployment of the vessel and associated mooring

requirements and/ or dynamic positioning (DP) technology to commence harvesting

operations.

Daily output of fresh water ranges from 3,000 m3 to 60.000 m3.

Production capacity is scalable and is dependent on the physical size of vessel used and the

number of Reverse Osmosis systems, which will be installed on the vessel

Delivery time (approximately 9 -12 Months).

Capability includes also extraction of Raw Deep Ocean Water in support of the aquaculture

industry in conjunction with fresh water production.

Vessel can also serve as an Emergency Water Supply Ship in case of natural disaster and

contingencies requiring fresh water requirements in the affected area as well as region.

Sales price to customers for a fully equipped vessel is between $25M - $85M
