AwarenessIntegration(AI)
AI model integrates cognitive, behavioral, emotionaland body-mind techniques to create more awarenessinto a person's life patterns of thinking, feeling, andbehaving toward self and others.
AwarenessIntegration(AI)Through this awareness, a person brings into consciousness thecorrelation between:
v The way oneperceives theworld,v Makes decisions about one's self as an identity and the world at
large,v Relates and acts toward theworld as that identity,v And creates results toward supporting the decided upon self-identity.
AwarenessIntegration(AI)
The AI model is created in consideration of all the areas thatone faces and relates to in one’s span of life. The questions arestructured to entice awareness that leads to consciousness anda sense of ownership, responsibility, and accountability towardone’s creation of thoughts, emotions, behaviors, and results.

Principal #1
v Reality is the experience of the observer/perceiver.v Every human being observes/perceives and creates reality
based on their state of being, beliefs, emotions and behavior.v Human beings are co-creators of Reality.
Principal#2Everyhumanbeinghasthecapabilityandpotentialtolearntheskillstohavean
v Enjoyable,v Happy,v Functional,v andSuccessfulLife.
Principal #3
These skills are learned through
Physical and psychological development, one's own experiences, mirroringparents, teachers, peers, media, and culture.
Principle#4The human mind perceives and creates meaning internally forall external stimuli which results in a subjective reality thatmay vary from actual events and realities of others.
Through the invented reality one creates formulas, beliefs, andpersonal identities that relate to self, others, and the universeat large.
Principle#5Human beings store experiences cognitively, emotionally, andsomatically. The un-integratedexperiences await integration.
Negative core beliefs, including the emotions that are producedby them and the area of the body experiencing the emotions atthe time of the original incident, repeatedly resurface inautomatic thinking.
Principle#5These negative core beliefs create a withholding and survivalbased attitude.
This attitude is triggered by an event and creates a result thatprohibits the individual from achieving optimal potential beyondsurvival, even when there is no real threat. This attitude holdsback one’s ability to live a fulfilled life.
Principle#6
As the un-integrated belief-emotion-body state is attendedto, released, and integrated into the whole system, neutraland positive attitudes, beliefs, and emotions can beexperienced.
Principle#7
Through self-awareness, integration of one’s experiences, andthe creation of conscious choices regarding beliefs, emotions, and actions, one can choose a positive attitude for the creationof a new and positive reality and therefore produce intendedresults.
Principle#8
Newskillscanbelearnedandpracticedinaneutralandpositiveenvironmenttoenhancelife’scapabilities,experiences,results,andrelationships.
Principle#9
Conscious intentionality and envisioning of a desired result incombination with effective planning and timely scheduled actionplans raise the probability of achieving the desired results in allareas of life.

PHASE1
This set of questions is aimed at creatingawareness of the individual’s perceptions, emotions, and behaviors in relation to one’sexternal environment and how these constructsimpact one’s life.
PHASE1
1- Whatdoyouthinkof(addtheareaoflife)?
2- Howdoyoufeelabout----?
3- Howdoyoubehavetoward-----?
4- Howdoesthewayyouthink,feel,andbehavetoward---------- effect/impactyourlife?
PHASE2
This set of questions encompasses three functions:• A: To create awareness of the individual’s projectionsof others’ opinions and feelings about oneself,
• B: To enhance the ability to observe other’sbehaviors toward oneself and the meaning createdbased on those behaviors,
• C: To identify ways in which these constructs impactone’s life.
• This phase is only relevant to areas where one dealswith other people.
PHASE2
5- Howdoyouassume(addthepersonfromtheareaoflife)thinkaboutyou?
6- Howdoyouassume----- feelaboutyou?
7- Howdoyouassume/observe------ behavetowardyou?
8- Howdoesthewayyouassumeabout-----’sthinking,feeling,andbehavingtowardyouaffectyourlife?
PHASE3
This set of questions is aimed at creatingawareness of one’s beliefs, emotions, andbehaviors about the self in relation to each areaof life, considering the identity that interactstowards and responds to various area of life.
PHASE3
9- Asyouseeyourselfamong(theareaoflife),whatdoyouthinkaboutyourself?
10- Asyouseeyourselfamong----,howdoyoufeelaboutyourself?
11- Asyouseeyourselfamong------,howdoyoubehavetowardyourself?
12- Howdoesthiswayofthinking,feeling,andbehavingtowardyourselfimpactyourlife?
PHASE4
The client is assisted in simultaneously experiencing theconnection between thoughts, formulas, schemas withemotions, and body areas that maintain and reflectintense emotions.
This process also links the associated memories to thebelief system. Irrational thoughts, decision makings, beliefs, formulas, and schemas can be challenged, reframed and replaced with realistic and positive thoughtsand beliefs.
PHASE413- When you say "I am ---(take the negative core belief from9),How do you feel?Where is the feeling in your body? From 0 (none) to 10 (most intense) what is the amount of theintensity of that feeling being felt in the specific areas of yourbody?Note:Core Belief _______________________Feeling _______________Body _______________Intensity ___
PHASE4Guide the client:
“Focus on (name the part of the body that thefeeling is being felt in), and allow the feeling(state the particular feeling that is felt in thatpart of the body), and the muscles of (the part ofthe body) to take you to the first memory or anyother memory that you felt (state the feeling)and decided (state the negative core belief as “Iam---”).Tell me your experience
PHASE4
In this integration process, one allows the self to releasenegative core beliefs, hidden intentions, shadows, and bottledup emotions stored in the body. This process also allows oneto become aware of one’s ability to be with, tolerate, andmanage emotions effectively.
Bringing the present moment’s reality to the past stuck realityto integrate and raise that part toward the current self.
PHASE 4
In this phase, the core negative belief, the emotion(s)triggered by and/or attached to it, and the location in thebody where the emotion is felt are pathways leading tothe release of charged emotions. The convergence ofthese three paths allows associated memories andoriginal memory to integrate and release the emotionalcharge. When integration happens, one may formneutral and/or positive attitudes about self, others, andthe world at large.
PHASE4
The AI model holds a flexible structure so thatpsychotherapists from all orientations and theoreticalbackgrounds can use multi-modality interventions of theirchoicewithin the system when deemed necessary.
Some interventions among many that can be utilized are:EMDR for releasing traumatic experiences, TransactionalAnalysis for distinction and integration of various parts of self,Inner Child techniques for re-parenting the wounded parts, and the Sedona technique for releasing emotional charge.

PHASE5
Questions are asked toward exploration of the values thatone chooses to live by in the above mentionedarea of life.
A commitment to think, feel and behave from theintention of actualizing the chosen value system bringsforth a chosen attitude and a chosen identity to live by.
PHASE5• Whoareyouinrelationto----?• WhodoyouintendtoBE?• Whatthoughts/beliefsdoyouchoosetohave?• Howdoyoubehave?• Howdoyoufeel?• Whereisinyourbody?From0-10

PHASE5
From this new commitment, short and long term goalsare identified, time lined and tangible action plans areset toward a desired outcome.
In this process, the skills that one has already acquiredand the skills that are needed to be learned will beidentified, learned, and practiced toward theactualization of the desired goal.
PHASE6
An accumulation of
• Values - love, integrity, courage• Emotions - happiness, excitement, all appropriatelyregulated to the situation
• Behaviors - caring, responsible, and expressive
are chosen as an identity to operate from and live by.
PHASE6
A collage of pictures and words can be createdfor the declared vision of self as well as goals foreach area of life to be posted in areas that aremore visible during the day for reinforcement ofthe vision.
