Everything you are about to read is unfortunately changed... But read on as there is information that you need to know. Don’t worry it won’t be long and we can reset the

START button again.

Hi all this is probably the saddest article that I

have had to publish in our Probuscan magazine.

Due to my health not being “great” I have come

to the realisation that it is time that I took the

pressure off my self and concentrated on

getting myself in a better place health wise. This

is not a serious issue just a combination of

ongoing health issues and getting older and not

coping as well as I would like. I can’t tell you how much I have enjoyed

my many roles on our club Committee and especially producing this

bulletin each month. It was tremendously satisfying getting us through

this Bloody Covid Outbreak. Hopefully all the crazy things that surfaced

on the Internet gave me plenty of fodder brought smiles to your faces in

the bad times.

Thankyou to all the feedback I have received over the years and thank

you for all your contributions.

I have resigned effective immediately from the Committee but will to

come to meetings as long as I can improve. I’m not sure how I will

manage to keep my mouth shut as I have never found that easy. See you

soon. Sue

Our last Garden outing was to Kate and Robbies which is on an acre block. They have so many garden rooms a lot of different trees and shrubs. They had thing on display tat had been in a fire. Robbie made use of Veggies and chooks. Also Kate had her own section of orchids and succulents all very pretty. Two dogs also two cats I don’t know how they find time for any-thing else. It is definitely a garden of Love.

Our next garden was Peter and Margie with Peter featured in the photo with Graeme and Helen. In the sae area at Ocean Acres in Torquay. Two beautiful gardens in different styles. A lot of fruit trees with many bulbs

planted by the two, much hard work which will pay off in the Spsing. We went to the Jan Juc Pub for lunch which was great. 11 Members and our four guests who always come with us. Ann

And a Happy Birthday to Kay Redfern

a garden enthusiast.

What’s the difference between a politician and a snail? A: One is slimy, a pest, and leaves a trail every-where and the other is a snail. There were two cows in a field. The first cow said “moo, moo” and the second cow said “baaa.” The first cow asked the second cow, “Why did you say baaa?” The second cow said, “I’m learning a foreign language.” Every time I start thinking too much about how I look, I just

find a pub with a Happy Hour and by the time I leave, I look just fine. At one point during a game, the coach called one of his 9-year-old footy players aside and asked, "Do you understand what co-operation is? What a team is?" "Yes, coach", replied the little boy. “Do you understand that what matters is whether we win or lose together as a team?" The little boy nodded in the affirmative. "So," the coach continued, "I'm sure you know, when an out is called, you shouldn't argue, curse, attack the umpire, or call him an asshole. Do you understand all that?" Again, the little boy nodded in the affirmative. The coach continued, "And when I take you out of the game so that another boy gets a chance to play, it's not a dumb ass decision or that the coach is a shithead is it? "No, coach." "Good", said the coach. "Now go over there and explain all that to your grandmother. An artist tried to concentrate on his painting, but the attraction he felt for his nude model finally became irresistible. He threw down his palette, took her in his arms and kissed her. She pushed him away. "Maybe your other models let you kiss them," she said, "but I'm not that kind of girl!" "Actually, I've never tried to kiss any of my models before," he protested. "Really?" she asked, softening. "How many models have there been?" "Four so far," he replied, thinking back. "A jug, two apples and a vase." Wife: "How would you describe me?" Husband: "ABCDEFGHIJK." Wife: "What does that mean?" Husband: "Adorable, beautiful, cute, delightful, elegant, fashionable, gorgeous, and hot." Wife: "Aw, thank you, but what about IJK?" Husband: "I'm just kidding!" Two Irishmen friends are drinking together at one of their homes. One friend takes out a bottle of Irish whiskey and asks the other, "Will you pour this bottle out on my grave if I die first?" His friend replies, "Do you mind if I pass it through my kidneys first?" I asked God for a bike, but I know God doesn't work that way. So I stole a bike and asked for forgiveness.

Sex is not the answer. Sex is the question. "Yes" is the answer. Going to church doesn't make you a Christian any more than standing in a garage makes you a car.

'

A married couple is driving along a highway doing a steady60 kms per hour. The wife is behind the wheel. Her husband suddenly looks across at her and speaks in a clear voice. "I know we've been married for twenty years, but I want a divorce."

The wife says nothing, Keeps looking at the road ahead but slowly increases her

speed to 65 kph. The husband speaks again. "I don't want you to try and talk me out of it," He says, "because I've been having an affair with your best friend, And she's a far better lover than you are."

Again the wife stays quiet, But grips the steering wheel more tightly and slowly in-

creases the speed to 75 He pushes his luck. "I want the house," he says insistently..

Up to 80. "I want the car, too," he continues.

85 kph. "And," he says, "I'll have the bank accounts, all the credit cards and the

boat!

The car slowly starts veering towards a massive concrete bridge. This makes him nervous, so he asks her, "Isn't there anything you want?"

The wife at last replies in a quiet and controlled voice.

"No, I've got everything I need," she says.

"Oh, really," he inquires, "so what have you got?"

Just before they slam into the wall at 85 kph,The wife turns to him and smiles.

"The airbag."
