Instructions for Iron-On Transfer Shirt:

1. Download the “t-shirt design” art from the website listed above. Size it to fit onto as much of an 8 1/2 x 11 piece of paper as possible. REMEMBER, the image must be reversed or flipped horizontally (see sample photo at right) when you print it onto the transfer paper. Be sure to test first so you print on the correct side of the paper as well.

2. Determine the position of the design based on the size of each girl’s shirt. Remember, you may need more than one master because of shirt sizes.

3. Follow the package directions for trimming the design and ironing it onto the fabric.

4. Enjoy your new shirt. (You might want to print out washing instructions for the parents; they are included as part of the transfer package instructions.)

Instructions for Making Table Tents for Decorating Rooms:

The last page is a master pattern for a table tent that you can use to set around on tables in your club rooms or around the sanctuary. Print each one on an 8 1/2” x 11” piece of white card stock. (Remember that you can download the one-page table tent pattern in color. If you don’t like the white edges, trim.)

They would make a great centerpiece for any tables in your fel-lowship hall or for any that you use during GM Week. Fold each page in half and then fold on each dotted line. Use double-sided tape to tape the two flaps together at the bottom to create the tent look.

Offering Canisters (4-6 weeks ahead of time)

1) Collect film canisters from stores that develop film such as WalMart, Walgreens, or CVS (or substitute a like-sized prescription bottle).

2) Find the page in the packet that is designed as the master page for 2” x 4” labels (these can be purchased at Office Depot). Print enough for each girl and leader as well as several to give to parents, the pastor, the WM and DMD Directors, etc. Get a lot of people involved.

3) The label will need to be trimmed down a little on the top and bottom to make it look good on the canister. Trim close to the words. Leave the white space on the sides.
