While  the  TOP  TWO  choices  of  investment  instrument  are  Mutual  fund/unit  trust  &  insurance  investment  links,  the  demand  for  the  next  12  months  clearly  show  a  sign  of  slow  down  in  demand  for  both  instruments.

Property  stays  as  the  highest  interest  of  young  Malaysians’  investment  appetite,  2nd  comes  as  Gold/Silver/Precious  metals.
