Lesson Layout
Students will review the list.ly curation: reviewing articles and videos on improving notetaking skills, creating wiki pages, and website builders.
Students will create a class Wiki Page on tips for note taking including reviews on apps
used for note taking.
Students will create a list of questions and/or topics to ask while Skyping with outsideexperts.
Students will implement note taking strategies when Skyping with outside experts on theAmerican Revolution, specifically the Declaration of Independence.
Groups will create a website devoted to the Declaration of Independence. Components of the website will include who wrote it, how it was written, why it was necessary, and howit was a response to tyranny and the abuse of power.
