Analysis of possible titles Reign Mixtape Century Controversial I like the name ‘mixtape’ for a music magazine as it is music related and something that is used to copy and store music, however the era of a mixtape doesn’t match with genre of music of my magazine I like the name ‘reign’ as it connotes authority and power, however it doesn’t have a direct link to music so I don’t think I will use it for my title. Instead I am thinking of calling my Band, featuring in my magazine, Reign I like the way that this title sounds as it could represent music throughout different eras. I think of old history when I think of this title, however I don’t think it goes with the indie genre. I like this the name of this title as the indie genre of music can be seen as ‘controversial’ and not many people like it. However the title is long and wouldn’t be as catchy.

Analysis of fonts for decided title

This font look like the typical font that is used for a magazine mast head. I like this font as it make a statement and is easy to read. The letter is wider than I

would like it too be.

This font also looks similar to mast heads that are already

existing however the lettering is taller and thinner which I prefer. The lines in the ‘v’ and the ‘y’ are not straight and are slightly curved in the middle which differs

it from other fonts

This font has a thinner width than most mast heads have. Because of this it

doesn’t make as much of an impact on the page. This font could get lost on the

page.

This font has a very thin width and the lettering has a large space between each

letter. This is different and would give a simple and minimalistic look to a cover. I like it however I'm sure about the width

between the lettering
