On Friday, December 9th the WCCC After School Program will host our 12th Annual Pajama Party at the Upham Elementary School. The idea behind this night is to help support families with loved ones who are receiving treatment at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute in Boston. The WCCC After School Program will be collecting gift cards in lieu of payment for this event. These cards will be given to the Jimmy Fund. The Jimmy Fund solely supports Boston’s Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, raising funds for adult and pediatric cancer care and research to improve the chances of survival for cancer patients around the world. The cards will be used to help families pay for travel expenses, gifts, food, clothes and hygiene. Movie choices are: Secret Life of Pets (PG) and The Peanuts Movie (G) Please sign-up by December 7th This month at Bates we will be busy with clubs on Wednesdays and lots of fun winter activities and games.Dan is running a flag football club, Cheryl is cooking with your kids, and Michelle is doing an art club with a focus on animals. We will also be going to Rock on Adventures in Norwood MA Wednesdays the 7th. We will have lunch then leave for our fun trip. Sneakers are required and comfortable athletic clothing. Our goal is to return to Bates by 3:30 but understand we may be a little after that. 3'0clock pick ups won't be charged. Call 781-603-5530 with any questions. ❄ Children should have winter clothing for outside play. We go outside everyday ❄ NCNC Policy When your child is out from school after school needs to be notified also. Call or email us at Bates. $10 fine for NCNC Extra clothes We have extra clothes at Bates, its helpful if you pack an extra set if you feel it will help. Mark the bag Wccc and leave in your child's backpack.
