Dickens street acting Project – this year marks the 21st anniversary since the dickens street acting Project has been at dickens of a Christmas. over 30 talented students from william fleming high school participate in this community-wide effort, directed by mrs. floyd Ward school of Dance – the floyd ward school of dance is a celebrated icon in the Roanoke Valley as it has been in operation since 1928.
