Dear All Valued Passenger Operators Kindly be informed that Effective Monday 30th August 2021 Passengers holding UAE Resident and Tourist Visas are allowed to travel to Sharjah . However Passengers coming from below mentioned Countries are subject to the following procedures as mentioned hereunder .
1. Bangladesh 2. Congo 3. India 4. Liberia 5. Namibia 6. Nepal 7. Nigeria 8. Pakistan 9. Sierra Leone 10. Sri Lanka 11. South Africa 12. Uganda 13. Vietnam 14. Zambia
Procedures to be followed for Passenger travelling from the above mentioned Countries.
1. Fully Vaccinated with one of the WHO approved COVID-19 Vaccines 2. Holding a pre-approval from the Federal Authority for identity and Citizenship ( ICA ) or GDRFA 3. Provide Vaccination Certificate when departing from the origin destination . 4. Present a Valid Negative Covid-19 Test Certificate which will only be accepted from the authorized labs that generate a QR code and taken within 48 hours prior to departure 5. Rapid PCR test at the departure airport showing a negative result, 06 hours prior to departure of flight . Rapid PCR Test should be based on Molecular Diagnostic Test done inside the airport of departure prior to boarding . 6. PCR Test Upon Arrival.
Airlines shall ensure and/or verify the authenticity of the above requirement(s) prior to the passenger(s) boarding the aircraft and shall not accept any passenger(s) who does not fulfill the aforesaid condition(s) and/or requirement.
If the airline carries any passenger(s) who fails to meet the aforesaid requirements, the airline will be held the full responsibility to return such passenger to the point of embarkation and also any other matters that may arise therefrom. Dear all valued passenger operators Kindly be informed that, in accordance to the decision received from the competent UAE Authority, additional categories have been added to the exemptions who are allowed to enter and/ or transiting the UAE effective from Thursday 5th August 2021 00:01 hrs. The following amended conditions will be applicable for the operation to Sharjah Airport:
Firstly: The additional exempted categories who are allowed to enter the UAE: The restrictions imposed previously will be amended for the categories referred hereunder and will be granted permission to ENTER United Arab Emirates (UAE), subject to their compliance of the conditions set out hereunder. The appropriate countries:
1. The Republic of India
2. The Federal Democratic Republic of Nepal 3. Federal Republic of Nigeria 4. The Islamic Republic of Pakistan 5. The Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka 6. The Republic of Uganda
1. The removal of restrictions will be applicable to the following categories:
1. The passengers who are holding valid residence visas, who got all the vaccination doses in the UAE and completed 14 days after the 2nd dose, holding the vaccination certificate issued by UAE governmental health authorities, including the vaccine certificate available in the smart application(s) i.e. Al Hosn app.; 2. Medical staff working in UAE including the doctors, nurses and medical technicians (Regardless they are vaccinated or not vaccinated); 3. Educational Sector staff, including Professors and Teachers, those who teach at Universities, Colleges, Schools and Institutions in the UAE (Regardless they are vaccinated or not vaccinated); 4. Students who are currently studying in the UAE (Regardless they are vaccinated or not vaccinated); 5. Humanitarian cases whose valid visas (i.e. family reunion) (Regardless they are vaccinated or not vaccinated); 6. Employees/Staff of Local and Federal Government entities (Regardless they are vaccinated or not vaccinated); 7. Those who undergo medical treatments in UAE (Regardless they are vaccinated or not vaccinated);
2. Procedures applied for the exempted categories:
All passengers who are exempted above, shall ensure that the following preventive measures are compiled by them: -
(a) The passenger must obtain a PCR report with negative result, which will only be accepted from the authorized labs that generate a QR code and taken within 48 hours prior to departure;
(b) The passenger must do a Rapid PCR test with negative result to be conducted in the origin airport before boarding the aircraft; (c) The passenger must undergo a PCR test on arriving to Sharjah Airport;
3. Implementation procedures:
a) Passengers should apply to get the approval from https://smartservices.ica.gov.ae/echannels/web/client/guest/index.html#/registerArrivals ; b) Vaccination certificate should be uploaded in https://smartservices.ica.gov.ae/echannels/web/client/guest/index.html#/registerArrivals for the passengers with valid residence visas, whose all vaccination doses in the UAE and already completed fourteen “14” days after the second dose; c) The airlines shall ensure and/or verify the authenticity of the above requirement(s) prior to the passenger(s) boarding the aircraft and shall not accept any passenger(s) who does not fulfill the aforesaid condition(s) and/or requirements;
d. If the airline carries any passenger(s) who fails to meet the aforesaid requirements, the airline will be held responsible to return such passenger to the point of embarkation and also any other matters that may arise therefrom.
Secondly: Transit passengers are allowed to fly through UAE airports: With regard to the countries listed below, the restrictions imposed previously will be amended for the categories referred hereunder and will be granted permission to TRANSIT through United Arab Emirates, subject to their compliance of the conditions set out hereunder.

Procedures applied for the transit passengers:
All passengers who are traveling from Countries exempted above and transiting through UAE, shall ensure that the following preventive measures are complied by them:
a) Obtain necessary entry permission/approval from Country of the final destination; b) Hold a VALID Negative PCR Test certificate that is issued within the valid time frame, namely, (72) hours from departure time of origin airport. Issued from approved health service, which use QR code System; c) The airlines shall ensure and/or verify the authenticity of the above requirement(s) prior to the passenger(s) boarding the aircraft and shall not accept any passenger(s) who does not fulfill the aforesaid condition(s) and/or requirements;

• Indian nationals stranded in UAE only;
• All Overseas Citizens of India (OCI) cardholders holding UAE passports, and

Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) guidelines dated 30.06.2020 as amended from time to time.
• All international arriving passengers travelling to India must submit an online Self-Reporting
Form through
https://www.newdelhiairport.in/airsuvidha/apho-registration.
Travel Criteria : For Passengers departing from India to Sharjah
• UAE nationals, ICA approved UAE residents destined for UAE only and any Indian national
holding any type of valid UAE visa and destined for UAE only.
• Tourists to have:
- A valid return ticket. The passengers must be holding valid return tickets and not necessarily a
single / conjunction ticket.
- International medical insurance.
- All tourists are required to have a PCR test result that is negative, no longer than 96 hours
before arriving at Sharjah Airport. Proof must be presented upon entering Sharjah Airport and
the same examination must be completed upon arrival to Sharjah Airport
Tourists with valid visa are not required to get any approvals from GDRFA or ICA.
• Residents holding residence visa issued through any other emirate are required to upload their
Emirates ID number, passport, and nationality on https://uaeentry.ica.gov.ae/ to verify the
authenticity of their travel. If you get a message in Green then you can proceed with the
completion of your travel procedures. Without approval to return to Dubai, you will not be
accepted for travel.
• UAE residents who have Dubai issued residence visa must obtain GDRFA approval
• Passengers with UAE resident permits expired before 01st March 2020 shall not be permitted
to enter UAE. They
shall be required to obtain a new visa before travelling.
• Passengers holding UAE resident permits expired after 01st March, 2020 shall be permitted to
enter UAE till 31st
December 2020 with a condition that the Passenger shall get the visa revalidated within 30 days
of arrival into
the UAE.

Seamenshallbeallowedtotravelwithallnecessarydocumentssuchaspassport,CDCbooklet,Guarant

travel beyond
UAE are currently not permitted to travel on our flights
• Passengers must carry a negative PCR certificate in printed form, from a government
approved laboratory in
India (ICMR) or a certified designated laboratory which is available
on https://www.icmr.gov.in/pdf/covid/labs/COVID_Testing_Labs_28092020.pdf or Pure
Health approved laboratories https://screening.purehealth.ae/ issued no more than 96 hours
before departure.

• Regulatory authorities has recommended to reject the RT-PCR test reports from the following
laboratories
- Micro health Lab in the cities of Kerala
- Suryam Lab in Jaipur
- Dr P. Bhasin Pathlab (P) Ltd. in Delhi
- Noble Diagnostic Centre in Delhi
- 360 Diagnostic & Health. Services
- AARA Clinical Laboratories
• AllpassengersarerequiredtoobtainanegativeCOVID19certificatebeforearrivingintoSharjah
• The Certificate issued by the medical facilities to be authentic and is not altered.
• The Certificate/Report must be for a polymer as echain reaction(PCR)testonly. Other test
certificates
including antibody tests and home testing kits are not accepted
• SMS and Digital certificates are not accepted.
• Passengers with expired COVID19 Certificates would not be accepted.
•
TheCertificate/Reportissuedshouldbedulysignedandstampedbyrelevantauthoritiesandmustonlyb
ein
English or Arabic.
• Hand written certificates are not permitted.
• Damaged Negative COVID19 Certificates are also not to be accepted.
• Children under the age of 12 are exempt from this test.
• Issuance of boarding card at the departing airport in India is subject to API - UAE approval.
• Airline reserves the right to refuse travel till approval is accorded by UAE Government.
• Transit/transfer beyond UAE will not be permitted
• Self-health declaration to be filled and submitted during check-in
• All Passengers must fill up the quarantine undertaking form and submit to authorities u pon
arrival into Sharjah
• Both tourists and residents must ensure that they have adequate health insurance that covers
all costs of
treatment and isolation until the results of their PCR medical test arrive.
• Passengers will have to undergo another PCR test upon arrival at Sharjah Airport regardless
of their earlier
negative report.
• All incoming passengers must subject themselves to self-quarantine at their residence until the
results of their
PCR test are notified. In case the result is negative, he is entitled to move, and if the result is
positive, passengers concerned will have to undergo home/health quarantine up to a period
stipulated by the UAE Ministry of Health and Community Protection.
• IncaseofapositivecaseofPCRtest,theperiodofmedicalisolationis14days,withpassengersortheir
sponsors bearing the expenses of treatment and isolation. In the event of non-compliance of
quarantine restrictions, they will be liable to strict legal action and penalties.
• All Passengers must download and register on the ALHOSN App
Travel regulations are changing frequently. Passengers be requested to check for the most
recent information before travel-thisisreallyimportanttokeepthemsafeandavoidanydisruptionsin
journey. Passengers are required to come to the airport with the appropriate travel documents
for their destination
