ingredients• 2 Cups Fresh Strawberries• 1 Cup Pinot Noir• 1/3 Cup Sugar• Honey for Drizzling

PINOT-SOAKED STRAWBERRIES WITH HONEY DRIZZLE

PERFECT SOFT-BOILED EGG

ingredients• 4 Fresh Eggs

directionsPlace eggs in saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring to a boil over high heat, then reduce heat to maintain a gentle simmer and cook the eggs for 4 minutes. (Room-temperature eggs will take about 3 minutes; refrigerator-cold eggs will take almost 5 minutes.)
