(908-688-0888) will open a Bed Bath & Beyond store at Market Street, a 500,000 sq.ft. shopping center located at the intersection of Lakeland Drive and Old Fannin Road in Rankin County, MS, during March. Dick’s Sporting Goods, Inc. (724-273-3400), JCPenney Co., Inc. (972-431-1000) and DSW, Inc. (614-237-7100) will also open locations at the center during April. The tenants join Cheddar’s Casual Café at the center, which opened during October 2008.

Christy’s of Cape Cod, LLC (508-771-0900) is slated to open a Christy’s convenience store in a former Chatham Mobil site in Chatham, MA by Memorial Day. The company currently operates three locations in Bourne, Chatham and Dennis, MA, having recently sold 12 locations to Hess.

The Dailey Method, LLC (415-345-9992), through a franchisee, is slated to open a The Dailey Method fitness studio along North Damen Avenue in Chicago, IL during the spring. The 4,285 sq.ft. fitness center will feature two exercise studios, a kids room, locker and shower rooms and a storefront.

Red Mango, Inc. (310-215-4888) will open 20 Red Mango Authentic Frozen Yogurt Shoppes throughout the New York, NY metropolitan area during the next two years. The frozen yogurt shops occupy spaces of 1,000 sq.ft. to 1,500 sq.ft. and feature fat-free, gluten-free, low-calorie frozen yogurt with live active cultures. The company currently operates 40 locations nationwide.

Central Bancompany (573-634-1155) will open a Central Bank location in a Wal*Mart Supercenter located in Jefferson City, MO during the spring. The company currently operates 13 banks and 175 retail locations throughout IL, KS, MO and OK, including nine locations throughout central MO.

Wal*Mart Stores, Inc. (479-273-4000) has delayed the opening of a Wal*Mart Supercenter location at Wicks Southpointe, a shopping center development located at the intersection of Interstate 80 and Highway 370 in Omaha, NE, from 2010 until 2011 and has delayed the opening of a Wal*Mart location in Blair, NE until 2011. The company plans to open a location at the intersection of 72nd Street and Hickory Street in Omaha during the next year.

GameStop Corp. (817-424-2000) plans to open 575 GameStop locations this year, including 175 throughout Europe. The company currently operates 6,100 locations nationwide and internationally. The stores offer new and used video games, consoles and accessories.

Anna’s Linens, Inc. (714-460-2802) plans to open an Anna’s Linens location in Cross Creek Shopping Center, located at the intersection of Morganton Road and Skibo Road in Fayetteville, AR. The company currently operates 246 of the stores, selling bedding, mattress pads, shower curtains, towels, window curtains, drapes, cookware and housewares, nationwide throughout 21 states. The Fayetteville store is scheduled to open during March.
