Dealer/Distributor Guide
The home page of the Truck Bucks dealer site shows you all active promotions. You can click on a promotion to get more detail. From this page, you can also download the promotions.
The home page also shows you the latest news and information about Truck Bucks, so check back often to see what is new!
By choosing the “Customer Sign Up” button, you will be prompted to enter the customer information. Required fields are marked with a “*” symbol. Then click “Next”.
Please select a design of the Truck Bucks Rewards card your customer will receive, and click “Next”.
Please carefully review the information on the screen. If you would like to make changes, please click “Back”. Otherwise, click “Submit” to complete the registration process.
Once you clicked on “Submit”, you will be presented with confirmation that the customer account has been successfully created.
To print a temporary Rewards card, please click “Print Temporary Rewards Card”. The attachment will open as a PDF file.
If you have a customer that has already registered for Truck Bucks, you can just locate their existing customer account. Please select “Customer Look Up.” Enter information into any of the provided fields to find your customer. Then, click “Look Up.”
On this page, you will be presented with all the possible accounts. Click on“Select User” when you see the correct account.
Now that you have your customer’s account pulled up, you can do several things: “Request New Card”; “Update Information”; “Enter Order” or “Return Order.”
If you choose “Request New Card,” you can select the card design and click “Get New Card.” A new card will be sent to your customer.
If you choose “Update Information,” you will be taken back to their accountpage where you can update their info.
If you choose “Enter Order,” you can start processing their redemption. You can submit multiple redemptions at one time.
You can click into this field enter a part number or scan a part to see if the part is eligible for a Truck Bucks promotion.
Find the promotion
and enter the quantity
ordered. The discount
amount will apply.
Click “Submit” to
enter the order for
processing. You will
have a chance to review
the order.
Once you submit, you verify your information and click “Submit” to finalize.Please be sure to enter your Invoice/RO/SO number.
If you choose “Return Order,” the redemption will reverse. This would be used if your customer changes their mind and returns a part.
Select the quantity being returned, and click
submit. If the order has already processed, your
account will be debited.
Please select “View Offers” to view offers available in the Truck Bucks Rewards Program. You may choose from “View All”, “View Active”, “View Expired” or “View Upcoming” offers by selecting on a radio button in the top left corner. You can hover over “View Offers” to select offers by category.

gives you a chance
to stock up!
You can create a flyer of promotions. Just select all promotions, or just the ones you want to highlight in the flyer. Then, click “Print Sales Flyer.”

Click on the “Reports” link to get the following reports:
Customer Report: This gives you a list of the customers you have signed up for Truck Bucks at your dealership.
Redemption Report: This report shows promotions that have been redeemed.
When you click
on this report,
it will show you
all customers
you have signed
up at your
dealership.
You can search
for a specific
customer by
First Name, Last
Name or Email.
You an download this report to
excel or PDF.

The pending option shows you redemptions that you have done, but that have not yet been processed by
DTNA. The extracted options shows you redemptions that have been processed by DTNA. Once your
redemption moves to extracted, it should just be a few weeks before you see your credit. You can download
these reports together or separate. Just use the check boxes.
