Dancohr Corporation is one of the largest and most leading cosmetic house in the Northern Benelux and has developed, produced and distrib-uted its products since its founding, under the below mentioned previous company names, in 1975. With worldwide export to over more than 60 countries, Dancohr Corporation is being considered a trendsetter and always stands up front where research and development of new products are concerned. Dancohr Corporation provides in beauty equipment/furnishing, a complete wellness concept, podiatry equipment and various cosmetic ranges. Since January 2001 our company name has changed into Dancohr Corporation B.V.. Dancohr Corporation is the new name after the merger of Spibro Intermedical B.V. (Manufacturer of equipment for beauty salons) and Courtin Cosmetics (Manufacturer of products exclusive for beauty salons). The objective of this merger is to achieve an optimal service for our clients.

Courtin. Naturally Good!In close co-operation with the biggest producer of Tea Tree oil in Australia, Courtin composed a special total skin care and foot range. PricesAll prices are stated in EURO (€). Invoices will always be in this currency. All prices are based on deliveries FCA; Free Carrier Weert.

Please note that Dancohr Corporation B.V. is a manufacturer which works exclusively through appointed distributors and never sells directly to end users. For this reason the prices shown in the attached Export Price List are distributors prices only. Payments are always cash on delivery.

Margins In the enclosed export pricelist you will find the export prices and the recommended wholesale prices, one always depends on different factors per country. That is why we gave you the recommended wholesale prices, which we use for the specialists in The Netherlands.

Usually for Europe the coefficient is between 4.5 and 5.0.

An example of how the prices can be determined:

Export price± € 2.00Wholesale price (specialists price)± € 4.00End consumer price± € 8.00 The distributor can determine his own margin to the wholesale business (beauty salons, pedicure salons etc.) and he can also determine the margin the wholesaler will have for the end consumer price. But having the possibility of offering your Courtin client a good margin will be a positive point and for sure a good point for getting new clients. Please note that a specialist price is always without V.A.T. and the end consumer price is always inclusive V.A.T.

Orders Orders will be binding after confirmation by Dancohr Corporation B.V. by e-mail. The confirmation of the order will clearly state the delivery date. Minimum order amount per order is always EURO 1500,- Minimum order quantity per article number is 6 pieces.

Adjustments in confirmed orders take a lot of logistic handling. Therefore it is not possible to make adjustments in your order after you have re-ceived the order confirmation from Dancohr Corporation. If adjustments have to be made in the already confirmed order, Dancohr has to charge € 75,- to cover the logistic handling costs.

ComplaintsComplaints regarding for example damage, missing articles or incorrect delivered items should be reported to Dancohr within 24 hours after the delivery of the order. Complaints filed after these 24 hours cannot be accepted. When applicable please provide us with pictures.

Payments Payments are always pre payment. Letters of Credit are found to be too costly for both parties and are – in general – not accepted for order amounts under the EURO 25,000,-. Payments will always be made in EURO (see under PRICES).

Shipments/Delivery terms Shipments will be done in accordance with the instructions received from the customer. Delivery times are two weeks from acceptance of the order. But please check the order confirmation for all details.

SupportTraining manuals are available in the English language. Through regular newsletters Dancohr Corporation will inform their distributors of new de-velopments, products and modifications. All Marketing materials are available at our Dealer Portal. All images, texts, art work and other documents you will find at our Dealer Portal. Product trainings can be arranged at the Dancohr Corporation facilities or at location.

DocumentationOn a regular basis Dancohr Corporation designs catalogues for each brand for specialists in English language. All artwork of the brochures are avail-able to distributors.

Marketing directives

To build a brand image which is recognizable all around the world, we have to set up marketing directives which we expect you to follow up when marketing the brand in your country.

1. Brand styleThe Courtin products should be promoted within the proper brand style. For worldwide usage Courtin has promotion material available in different languages. When developing the material the marketing department from Dancohr always keeps the global attitude of the brand in mind.

2. Brand mentioningWhen using marketing material, it is mandatory to use the Courtin logo.

3. No combining of the brand Courtin with non-Courtin products.It is not approved by Dancohr if any of the mentioned marketing activities or tools are combined with non-Courtin products.

4. Support In all above mentioned marketing materials and tools, in order to present the brand Courtin the best way possible into your market. All these materials are available with print ready artwork.

Brand presentation recommendations

To sell the right image, the brand style of Courtin needs to be communicated in the smallest detail. This means there are decoration recommenda-tions for the showroom, training room and beauty salon. These are mentioned below.

ShowroomThe following items should be present in the showroom:

1. Image poster Create a Courtin atmosphere by placing a poster together with some nice decorated products in your showroom.

2. Courtin skincare display Courtin skin care display with roll banner behind the display. Should be positioned near to the pay desk. The display should be well taken care of. The display invites your clients to try the products and helps you when giving information on the products.

3. Table display Table display with up to date offer.

4. Brochures Brochures for both specialist and end consumer have to be exposed and encouraged to take along.

Training roomsAlso the Courtin training rooms within your company can be foreseen with Courtin items. We recommend the following:

e Place the Courtin official training manuals on each seat of a trainee.e Place a Courtin tissue box on each table.e Use the Courtin display to present the products in the room. It is recommendable to also place a poster next to the display in this room. This way a good example is set.e The trainers should wear the Courtin polo shirt during both the theory and the practice parte The instruction can best be given with a Courtin PowerPoint presentation. Beauty/ Podiatry salonDifferent promotion material is available to decorate various parts of the salon.

Treatment room

1. Courtin poster skincare of footcare2. Linen All treatment chairs should be foreseen with the Courtin towel. When the chair is not being used, the towel should be closed down (in a roll) with the Courtin logo facing forward positioned in the chair. 3. Salon products The products used in the salon are positioned next to the chair on a suitable table/trolley. Products and especially pumps have to be taken care of and cleaned on a daily basis. The pumps and the bottles/tubes, may not contain resume of product.

Pay desk / counter

1. The skincare display Should be positioned as near or at to the pay desk as possible. The display should be well taken care of. For distributors it is mandatory to place the Courtin banner behind the display. It is desirable for the specialists to do the same. 2. Counter display Should be positioned on the counter. The products in the display should communicate the most recent offer. 3. Consumer brochure Should be positioned near the counter display and the skincare display. The consumer has to be able to easily take a brochure home.

Waiting room

1. Brochures For the consumer to read and take home. All available brochures should be positioned in the waiting room, clearly visible for the clients.2. The Courtin look is implemented in all marketing and promotion materials. We want Courtin to be easy recognizable by it’s style and look in all communication. Therefore it is important for the brand that all the dealers use this look (house style) in all communication as well. To make this easy, Dancohr provides you with this dealer book with all the material necessary to promote the brand. There are pictures, logo’s, advertisements, flyers and even the complete artwork of the brochures.

The artwork of the brochures is easy to use for your advertising agency. You only need to translate the text into your language and we can put it in the brochure for you. You can print the brochure at your own printing office or choose to send it to our printing office, we will provide you with a quotation.

If you are looking for a particular image or if you need advice, please do not hesitate to contact the marketing department. We will be happy to help!

Brochure for the consumerThe information of the Courtin skin care products and the Courtin foot care products come in two separated consumer brochures. Both bro-chures contain information about the background information of Courtin, the treatments as well as the home care products. The different kind of treatments are presented and of course the different kind of problems the consumer is facing nowadays when it comes to skin- and footcare, are discussed.

ImagesAs a dealer you can use the Courtin images for all Courtin purposes. It is not allowed to use the pictures for other purposes. Pictures should always be used in combination with the Courtin logo and/or with a picture of the packagings. It is not allowed to assign the pictures to third parties.

Training directives

Trainer should be available Dancohr requires of their dealers they have the possibility to train their clients professionally. So you must have a trainer in your company.

Training room should always be availableIn order to market the brand in the market, your clients need to be trained professionally. Therefore a training room is necessary. In the training room the brand needs to be presented completely and the best way possible. This room should inspire your clients!

First trainingThe first training always takes place at Dancohr in Weert, The Netherlands. The dealer should bring the trainer who will be responsible for the trai-nings in the dealers area/country. We also recommend to bring one sales person, as in our opinion it is very important to motivate the right persons within your company. When key persons are well informed and enthusiastic about the brand and its products, sales will go easier. Knowledge sells.Dancohr will take care of the costs for maximum 2 double rooms and lunch. The dealer should take care of the travel costs.

Training at the dealerAfter we have trained the key persons within the dealers’ organization it is possible to book a trainer from Dancohr to come over to your company. You will have to discuss this with your account manager or training manager within Dancohr. Trainers of Dancohr are only available for dealers who present the full range of Courtin.

For the training we demand that all products and/or machines what have to be trained are available, as well as all to be trained persons (!) It is advi-sable to make large groups of clients and personnel.

Dancohr will take care of the travel costs. The dealer should take care of dinner and accommodation.

Support on exhibitionsActually Dancohr expects from its distributor that their own trainer, who is fully trained in the products of Dancohr, will take care of the demonstra-tions. But when a refreshment or special push in the market is demanded we are always willing to help!

Training updates / refreshmentsYour accountmanager and/or trainer should visit Dancohr at least once a year for refreshment of the program. It’s important to keep the knowledge high and to keep your trainer well informed in the newest developments. Dancohr will take care of the costs for maximum 2 double rooms and lunch. The dealer should take care of the travel costs.

Courtin brochures & websiteDancohr offers you the opportunity to translate all Courtin brochures in your own language. We would like to emphasise that it’s a professional tool to hand out to your customers. For a fair price the catalogue can be printed. Courtin will take care of the printing process. This saves you time and money. Contact our marketing department for more information about translating and printing the Courtin brochures. We are also busy translating websites. Translating the Courtin site to your own language helps you to attract more visitors from your own country with makes it easier to sell Courtin products.

We offer the opportunity to let you translate our websites so we can provide them in your own language. You can find word-documents which contain the separate website texts at our dealerportal (major file sharing). There you can find the docs in the text-directory. If you can’t find the needed text, contact our brand manager.

Linking other websitesIf you use your own website to promote our brands, we can always provide some support with graphics etc (mostly found at our dealerportal), we also advise our dealers to link their own website to our websites like we do to your websites. In this way our sites but as well as your will be found much easier in google because we and our dealers will get more visitors, so please keep linking your websites.

Logistics & Supply Chain

Delivery term FCADancohr Corporation B.V. will prepare the shipment, forwarders can load the goods at the warehouse in Weert. What we want to point out is that the purchaser will bear the consequences for transportcosts as well as the risk, also if the order is send on behalf Dancohr.

Damaged shipmentsShould you receive a shipment which is damaged then we recommend you to mention this on the CMR and immediately contact your transport insurance. Dancohr Corporation can not be held responsible for transport damage as our shipments are packed in a solid and proper way and your shipment will be loaded with great care.

From order, to shipmentAfter you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation. The date mentioned on this confirmation is the date that your goods will expected to be ready in our warehouse. The logistic department will always inform you, with dimensions and weight, as soon as your shipment is ready, you may then first inform your forwarder to pick up your shipment not any sooner.

Orders are bindingAdjustments in confirmed orders take a lot of logistic handling. Therefore it is not possible to make adjustments in your order after you received the order confirmation from Dancohr Corporation. If adjustments have to be made in the already confirmed order, Dancohr needs to charge € 75,- to cover the logistic handling costs.

Arranging transportIf we receive a routing order from your forwarder the logistic department can arrange transport for you. Without a routing order we kindly need to ask you to arrange the transport yourself. Shipments will only be prepared on behalf of our dealer and will only be delivered to our dealers, not to end consumers. Should you wish to sent goods directly to your customer then you have to arrange this with your forwarder and give themthe special instructions. The CMR and the documents attached to the pallet are on behalf of our dealer.

Documents With the shipment you will receive following document:- A packing list- A pallet loading list- The invoice(s)

These are always attached on the outside of the pallet, unless we receive other instructions.Should you require any other documents besides the above mentioned documents, or if you have special requirementsas to the shipment, please mention these when placing the order.

All extra costs for preparing documents after your shipment have been picked up will be charged to you.
