Symptoms and Signs of a Bite:
Bleeding at the site of the wound.
Difficulty breathing.
Blurred vision.
Rapid pulse.
Thirst and vomiting.
Weakness and paralysis.
Oh No! It got you! What now?
Recommended First Aid:
Keep calm and remain still.
Keep the wound below your heart.
Wash it with soap and water.
Get to the hospital quick!
Call 911!

Do NOT pick up any brightly colored insect, animal, or
amphibian.
Bright colors are a warning
system for potential
predators.

human or other large mammals!
