Dezzo Development Holdings (Pty) Ltd, trading asDezzo Holdings, specialises in the supply of goodsand services for the development of state funded,low-income housing.

Created in 2001, the formation of the new companyfacilitated the merger of five separate trading

entities, all of which were involved in the low-incomehousing market.

The formation of theHolding Company provideda vehicle to facilitate ameaningful Black EconomicEmpowerment (BEE) deal.At the same time, it also

provided an opportunity torestructure the organisationin a manner that it is ideallypositioned to address thehousing challenges facingSouth Africa and the Sub-continent.

Dezzo Housing, a Division of Dezzo DevelopmentHoldings, was formed in response to opportunitiesthat exist in the property development sector.Started in 2000, today we offer a specialised servicedelivering Project Management and PropertyDevelopment that caters for all sectors of themarket from RDP to upmarket residential housing

Aviable and cost effective alternative to conventionaltimber roof systems, since 2000 Dezzo Roofing hassupplied over two million square metres of light-weight steel trusses for projects in South Africa,Angola, Mozambique, Zambia and Botswana.

Dezzo Roofing pioneered lightweight steel rooftrusses and tailored its design specially for the

Southern African market. Our product range catersfor all roofing styles from basic lattice and girderbeams to carry profiled steel sheeting, to trussesthat can accommodate concrete roof tiles, pressedsteel tiles, or any of the profiled steel roof sheets.Our products have been used in a vast number ofapplications including from residential houses, rural

schools, social facilities, hotels, factories, armybarrackss to office buildings.

Dezzo Roofing has sixroll-forming machinesas well as a full cuttingand bending facility at

its production facility inDurban.
