Model Description： DCS-5230 is the wireless 802.11n PTZ network cameras with 1.3 mega-

pixel resolution for indoor surveillance applications and detail remote

monitoring. Built-in IR Led for using in low lux environment. To prevent false

alarms, it is also equipped with a PIR sensor, which can detect motion

causing temperature changes in the infrared range emitted by surrounding

objects. It is the entry level network cameras with mydlink portal. It offers a

simple and easy solution to access your camera from anywhere around the

world via internet.

This PIR (Pyroelectric InfraRed) can detects people,

animals due to temperature changes, and working by

sense of body’s temperature

They detect a change in the difference between the

signals and give a binary output

When the PIR sensor detect the change, then it will

trigger the digital output or snapshot and recording
