Bookingyour Session

1. Before you decide to book with me, make sure you’ve taken the time to look through my previous sessions to become familiar with my style of editing. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!

2. Have a couple dates in mind when you’re ready to book. I prefer to shoot in the mornings or evenigs (2 hours after sunrise or 2 hours before sunset) since this is considered the golden hours of photography, but I can accomodate any time of day. I am also available weekdays and weekends.

3. Take the time to consider where you want your photos taken. If you have a specific location in mind, please let me know so I can scout it out before our session. If you don’t have a locationin mind, feel free to pick something more general, like urbanor forest-y. I’ll take care of the rest!

4. Keep in mind which package you want when youbook your session. Please know that you can later choose to change it if you want to upgrade or downgrade your package choice within 24 hoursafter your session takes place. If none of the packages fit your needs, please message me and I will work with you to design a package that best suites you!

5. When you book, you must pay retainer fee thatreserves the date and time of your session. This is non-refundable and costs $75 (the cost of the Session Fee).

6. It takes me about 24 hours (during the week) to respond toemails, so if you don’t worry if you don’t hear back right away!

Page 6: DCP Welcome Guide

1. Once you’ve booked your session and paid yourretainer fee, I will e-mail you a brief questionnaire. This will help me become familiar with you before our consultation!

2. Next I will e-mail you about setting up an in-person consultation. This is optional but it will give us a chanceto talk in detail about your expectations and get to knoweach other (which makes things much less uncomfortableon the day of your session!). We can also discuss thingssuch as wardrobe and loctaions. I will be more than happyto meet you where ever you choose!

3. During this time, I will also e-mail you a Session Contract and model releaseform. These must either be completed and turned in on the day of the session, or filled out electronically on the day of your session. Feel free to ask any questions about the contract!

4. I will send out a reminder e-mail between 24-48 hours before the day of your session. This window is your last opportunity to reschedule your session date without loosing your retainer fee.If you must reschedule less than 24 hours in advance, a new retainer fee must be paid.

5. If you have any last-minute questions about wardrobe orchaing up a location, this is the time to ask!

Preparingfor your Session

Page 7: DCP Welcome Guide

1. After your session has been completed, I will post a sneakpeek or two onto my facebook page. These can be shared, tagged or used as profile pictures as long as my logo is not cropped.

2. Your online gallery will be ready to view in approximately 7 to 14 days. I will e-mail you the link and password upon completion. You will then have a two week period during which you can choose which photos to get printed. After the two week period is up, the gallery will be taken down. It can be uploaded again for a small fee.

3. Once you’ve selected your prints, I will send them to myprofessional print lab. This process can take up to two weeksdepending on the amount of images to be printed. I will contact you once they’ve arrived and you can choose to either pick them up or have them mailed to you. If you have opted to get a CD, the CD will be delivered with the prints.

4. If you wish to get your photos printed elsewhere, a printrelease can be purchased for $15.
