Team Charter
Business Case
Opportunity Statement
We are Second Largest CDR Producer in The World . Management has taken initiative to increase the Profit in CDR.One of the way to increased the Profit is Reduction in Raw Material Cost. We have a scope for Reduction in DBE Consumption( use in Edge Wash & Dye Coating process of CDR on steag 5 cups lines ).
According to Six Month (Jan- June2007)DBE Consumption trend is Running 111 mg/ CDR by Reducing the DBE consumption(With out Affecting Yield ) to 95 mg/CDR we can save Rs. 11 Lac / year. Impact of pain in Rs. (or soft) 11 Lac/Year Sigma Level
