Diana’s father purchases a Transmitter online and gives it to Diana. The Transmitter is 30mm in diameter and 4mm high

The Transmitter comes with a pin and includes an activation button. Once activated, the LibreLink app can locate the Transmitter.

Diana opens the LibreLink app on her phone. From the overflow menu she selects “Devices” and then taps on the “Add Devices” button.

On the “Devices” screen, Diana will see the Transmitter’s serial number, which is also printed on top of the Transmitter along with the passcode. She then taps on the Transmitter’s serial number.

Then Diana enters the passcode and the Transmitter will be connected to the LibreLink app.

Diana positions the edges of the Transmitter around the Sensor, pressing slightly to attach the two. The Transmitter is securely attached by the glue on the bottom and by support from the Transmitter’s edges.

The glucose reading is updated on Diana’s phone every 5 minutes as long as the LibreLink app is running.

Caregiver App
Diana’s father follows her glucose readings using a Caregiver app. The Transmitter provides alerts and updates every 5 minutes and he doesn’t need to rely on Diana scanning her Sensor.
