machining capabilitiesCNC Milling/TurningThe bulk of the work performed at Dayco is CNC milling and turning. Our qualified staff has an average of 15 years experience machining parts. We specialized in prototype and short run production parts. Investing in state of the art machines from companies such as FADAL and MORI SEIKI assures the capability to manufacture precision parts maintaining today’s tough industry standards, plus, the repeatability for multiple parts.

CAD/CAMTo assist in our manufacturing processes, DayCo uses surfcam CAD/CAM system. Investing in the most recent versions of surfcam velocity allows DayCo to continually improve on manufacturing processes and cycle times while maintaining the highest level of quality. Offline part verification through surfcam ensures part accuracy the first time and reduces scrap.

Other benefits include the ability to work directly from solid models and wireframes, giving DayCo the means to work directly from customer CAD data.
