Dawaila is a private company, registered in terms of the Companies Act, 2008. Founded in 2013 by Mr. Vhusani Samora Nedawaila, the current CEO, Dawaila has been formed to foster the objectives of small, medium and micro-sized enterprises (SMME).

Dawaila has the capability to deliver a range of projects of any scale to a multitude of clients in diverse markets. This ambitious and well-respected enterprise boasts technical proficiency across all divisions, backed by the Dawaila brand.

It is comprised of financial strength and common values which include an uncompromising commitment to safety and quality. Furthermore, Dawaila seeks to eradicate unemployment and skills shortages. Vhusani is a previously disadvantaged individual (PDI), so Dawaila is 100% BEE compliant.

Vhusani Nedawaila is the CEO of DTE. He is a project manager by profession who has over seven years' experience in the building industry, working on projects ranging between R5 million and R60 million. His standing vision is to uplift ordinary and professional men and women who are facedwith the challenge of unemployment to influence positions in the built environment.

He was previously Contracts Manager at Shotha Engineering, ran the operation and administrationfor Muravha Building & Civil as well as personnel management in the first three years of his profes-sional life in construction. He is thus recognised for his discernment of the construction value chain, one of the reasons why he is at the helm and why the company functions successfully.
