Be simple, informal, and moderate.

Be very careful not to contradict yourself.

Welcome people warmly and give them sincere respect.

Always be on time.

Listen carefully and show deep concern.

Do not break your promises.

Affirm your willingness to help at any time.

Guard yourself from criticism and overlook faults of others.

Try to understand the background and culture of others.

Avoid inviting people to disorganized places.
