THE PROJECT
Incolabs noticed the need for better business integrated services (BIS). The project objective was to better the services to the customer and to gain vital real-time information to augment BIS systems by implementing a EDI system. Project tasks were as follows:
• To source a service provider that could offer electronic interfaces (EDI) services.
• To gain agreement with the customers to deliver and receive live electronic information.
• Make changes and Integrate system requirements into current business systems so as to implement EDI systems.
• Train and hand over to functional departments.

IncoLabs not only owned brands but also had distribution license for large international brands. In 2013 IncoLabs was awarded the distribution license for Canderel. Project tasks were as follows:

• Integrate products and brands into the current management systems.
• Take on Stock into supply chain services.
• Ensure the smooth transition for customers orders from current supplier to IncoLabs supply chain.
• Ensure that there is no loss in market share and that market share targets meet the set-out guarantees in the commercial agreements.

THE PROJECT
IncoLabs decided that Everysun and Tropitone brand needed a 100% overhaul. The Project included the following tasks.
• Rationalization of the product offering, Everysun from 24 to 18, Tropitone 27 to 17 products.
• Development and testing of revised formulations that gives the brands a better USP with the target markets.
• Development of primary packaging and branding that made the brand stand out on the shelf and was cost effective.

THE PROJECT:
The Mohamed Bin Zayed Stadium, otherwise known as the Al Jazira Stadium, is located in Abu Dhabi. Phase I of the project was completed in 2003, ahead of the FIFA U20 world championships. Phase II requires that we extend three of the stands in order to increase the seating capacity by 20,000 seats.
This fast track project, requires the relocation of high spec score boards, installation of temporary flood lights, complete revamp of all the stadium seating, all closely coordinated with the Al Jazira Sports Club who are conitnuing with their normal schedule and will be hosting national sporting events during the construction activities.

26 storey's, and 4 basements car parking level for a minimum of 700 cars. The gross floor area is 84486 m2 with a tower floor plate of 2,200 m2.
The master developers for this project are ADNEC (Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company).

Project Name: Southern Cross Train Facilitie Carriages Upgrade
SOUTH AFRICA
PROJECT:
To upgrade two facilities carriages (Bar car, dinning carriage, kitchen carriage, generator coach). The carriages were existing E2 sleeper class shells and were striped and modified to create a period facilities that accommodate 44 seats in the dinning car and bar area. The kitchen car was upgraded to a state of the art kitchen and tandem generator system to supply facilities 120 passengers at meals times.
