Commercial Warm Air Furnaces Energy Conservation Standards and their Compliance Dates Gas-fired Commercial Warm Air Furnaces.
– Gas-fired commercial warm air furnaces manufactured on and after January 1, 2023 must have a thermal efficiency at the maximum rated capacity (rated maximum input) not less than 81 percent.
• Oil-fired Commercial Warm Air Furnaces. – Oil-fired commercial warm air furnaces manufactured on and after
January 1, 2023 must have a thermal efficiency at the maximum rated capacity (rated maximum input) not less than 82 percent.
