“It’s a Small World”Mr. Cooper and I were in auto shop listening to the radio when we heard

the sad news of Kennedy.Three years later on a change of duty stations from Kodiak Alaska, where I

ran into Mike Blagrove (TN ‘66), to visit Viet Nam, I stopped off at Terra Nova tovisit with Mr. Cooper. That’s when I found out he used to live next door to myfather in Springdale, WA and helped him on his farm. My stepmother was one ofhis teachers in school.

Thirty years later I’m sitting and having lunch with an apprentice, GregCooper, talking about Pacifica.

Yep - he is Del Cooper’s son.

In Viet Nam Stan Jacobs and I got together several times - he was Armyand I was Navy.

IT’S A SMALL, SMALL WORLD AFTER ALL!!!
