Translating PDF Forms and Labels

WinW3S features a translation component, allowing to translate PDF forms and labels into almost all languagesThe following forms and labels are available:– Class Listing Forms– Student Listing Forms– Student Tracking Forms– Teacher Listing Forms– Teacher Tracking Forms– Test Administration Forms– School Labels– Student Labels– Teacher Labels

Translating PDF Forms and Labels

WinW3S-ICCS allows for the translation of all ICCS languages. If your language is not yet supported, please contact the IEA DPC for further instructions!Only text blocks can be translated; the general layout of forms and labels cannot be changed. If more flexibility is needed in translating forms and labels, then the “Mail Merge” function should be used.

Notes

Note: The label text size will be adapted automatically to the cell size. It’s recommended to keep text entries as short as possible.

Please note that a new setup of WinW3S will replace the “Reports.mdb” database! However, backups of previously created “Report” databases will be stored in: “<program files>\IEA\WinW3S_ICCS2009_MS\db\backup\ReportsX.mdb”
