Resilient and redundant.A data centre you can trust.Built by experts and based on years of engineering experience, the Harbour Exchange Square Campus ensures your critical systems are always available.

PowerRobust and reliable power with flexible densities and configuration between 3kW and 15kW per rack.

1MW of UPS-conditioned power per floor.

Redundant 11kV HV diversely-fed power system.

MV back-up diesel generation at N+1 to support site load during HV failure.

UPS power distribution through dedicated A and B supplies.

CoolingA robust HVAC system delivers stable air flow, temperature and humidity for efficient equipment operation. The HVAC system provides a minimum of N+1 redundancy. All CRAC units and pumps also have dedicated back-up UPS systems. Our design and investment in cooling systems will ensure the HEX Campus achieves a PUE of 1.53.

Chilled water-cooling system with a minimum N+1 redundancy.

Fully concurrently maintainable, dual-path secondary chilled water distribution.

Close Control Units (CCUs) provide conditioned air to the data floor at a minimum N+2 redundancy.

Fire detection and suppressionOur fire detection and suppression systems are linked to our Building Management Systems (BMS) and monitored continuously by the Network Operations Centre. The systems minimise risk, suppressing quickly and stopping problems from spreading.
