History of Lasagna In the 14th and 15th century people didn’t use all
the herbs ‘n’ spices we use now in this italian treat . For example although there was vegetables back then they didn’t have much money so now that we have more money now then back then we can use herb ‘n’ spices.
When our parents cook lasagna we eat up all of our herbs ‘n’ spices but if we lived in the 14th and 15th century our lasagna wouldn’t really bright up our stomach as it would now.
Now we will move on to my step by step directions to make this delicious food Isn’t
that cool
Step #1Materials needed(ricotta cheese , mozzerella
cheese, eggs, butter ,uncooked noodles, pots and pans, tomato sauce , parmesan cheese , sausage or poultry , and silverware.
Step #2 Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Step #3 In a medium bowl put the ricotta cheese ,1 cup of mozzerella cheese , 1 cup of parmesan , 1 cup of parmesan cheese , and eggs and mix very well.
Step #4 In another bowl put the meat
of your choice in tomato sauce and mix well.
Step #5 Spread 1 cup of the tomato
sauce mixture in a 9*13 pan.
Step #6 Place 1/3 of the uncooked lasagna
noodles over the sauce . Spread ½ of the cheese mixture over the noodles, top with 1/3 of the tomato sauce mixture.
Step #7 Keep repeating step #6 top with the
remaining noodles and tomato sauce mixture.
Step #8 Bake for 55 minutes. After sprinkle the left over mozzerella cheese and parsley flakes.

was Clarence Birdseye he did his first expirement on Lasagna and his expirement was how to make frozen lasagna and still make it eat able since everyone was eating in his days and he was known as a mad scientist from all the weird science he could do.
