This new generation combines the latest technology with thebest quality in components and material. Their low consumptionin water and energy makes them remarkable by the qualityof washing and saving costs. Technologically well-equippedwith standard Wet-cleaning, new user-friendly and intuitivemicroprocessor these series provide high performance andeasiness of installation and maintenance.

Our new range exists in various capacities from 10 to120 kg according to models, free standing or bold down,with G force 450, 200 or 100 and is ideal for all types oflaundries: commercial, industrial or self-service.

DIGITAL CONTROL EASY TOUCHNew TOUCH CONTROL microprocessor, with touchscreen, easy programming and multiple functions andfeatures, offers great flexibility and important energysavings.

AQUA MIX SYSTEMEquipped with an automatic water mixer (mixing differentwater temperatures) which provides energetic savingsand reduces washing times.

ADVANCED TECHNOLOGY INVERTERThanks to an advanced technological development,and by means of the inverter, washers detectimbalance at an early stage. This way operation ismuch smoother , making components longlasting andreducing washing times, thus saving energy as well.

WEIGHING SYSTEM (OPTION)Automatic weighing system. Up to 30% savings.(Automatic adjustment of water and soap consumptionsas well as energy savings, according to the load which ismeasured by the washer).

WET CLEANINGAll washers have the necessary features to use the WETCLEANING system, avoiding an investment in expensiveapplications to work with this advanced washing concept.With this feature many dry cleaning processes can bedone with washer extractorss, which also means areduction in costs.

UTILITIES SAVINGSAll washers are equipped with an efficient system bymeans of which you can indicate the load which isintroduced in the machine. The washer, automatically,adapts the quantity of water and chemicals to be usedfor that load.

EASY MAINTENANCEA simple but reliable design with easy-to-accessmechanical parts which perfectly combines with the use ofintelligent electronics. All components have beendesigned and manufactured with top quality and reputedbrands, focusing on the optimization of each componentlocation and lower maintenance. On top of that, allcontrols were checked to the last detail: completetechnical menus, failure self-diagnosis systems, alarms,restricted access areas, etc.

EFFICIENT DRUMThis system has been developed to maximise thewashing quality with the shortest cycle time possible. Bymeans of small perforations in the ribs of drum, waterhas a cascade effect on the load. This increasesconsiderably the mechanical action inside the drumduring washing cycle and therefore reduces the need forwater. Also, drum and tub’s efficient design with anarrow gap between them, reduces energeticconsumption to heat up water, as well as overuse ofchemicals and water.

ECO FRIENDLY SOLUTIONSAll washers are equipped with a third water inlet, whichallows to save filling time and to be used for soft water,ozone or recycled water.

STAINLESS STEEL CONSTRUCTIONAll our washers are manufactured in stainless steelbody, drum and tub, which besides an elegant look,provides better quality and increased resistance tothe external agents, lengthening washers lifetime andavoiding corrosion problems.

Especially designed for those laundries where process quality as well as energy and water savings are a priority, the new DANUBE high spinwasher extractors offer a top performance and a renovated look to meetthe needs of the most demanding customers.

Advanced design and technology, together with a wide range of options and accessories, have an important effect on energetic efficiency and on water and chemicals saving, reducing production costs and increasing business productivity. This type of high spin washer extractors (G Factor= 450-350) drastically reduce the residual moisture after washing process, thus allowing important savings during drying and ironing processes. Simple and quick installation as well as the minimum space required for use and maintenance are key advantages compared to other ranges.

New Danube high spin washer extractors are available in 11, 14, 18, 27, 36, 45, 60, 120 kg.

Designed for those professionals who need a machine withtop performance at a competitive price, or who need a hardmounted machine, like self-service laundries or ships.Danube medium spin washers (G factor= 200) stand out fortheir high levels of water extraction, very low noise leveland vibration-free operation.

These heavy-duty models allow a minimum energetic costwith the help of an efficient programming and of theimbalance control through frequency inverter. Their strongtubular construction and long-lasting components makethese machines of the utmost reliability.

This range is available from 11 to 27 kg capacity.

The solutionexists with the aseptic washing machines known as barrier washers.They were first developed by Danube International in 1984 and since then have been continually improved by our engineers.

They provide the perfect solution to prevent cross contamination between soiled and clean linen in laundries. These machines have been specifically designed to be located through a partition wall thanks to their 180° opposite double doors: one door in the dirty room for loading soiled linen, the other in the clean room to unload the clean one. This system strictly complies with RABC standard, offering safety, comfort, ergonomics and highly-valued space saving for operators.

Our new range of MEDICALE washers is available in 16, 22, 35, 50 and 66 kg and is equipped with the new “Easy Touch” microprocessor.

Ournew range of tumble dryers offers the benefits of the mostefficient dryers at best value for money. We would like to pointout the Care Dry system which allows to save energy becausecycle stops automatically when linen has reached the requiredlevel of residual humidity. Moreover drum spinning speedautomatically adjusts to humidity level to optimize drying time.In addition we developed particularly economical dryer rangeswith heat pump technology or 2-in-1 stack dryers saving spacewith higher productivity. ENERGY SAVINGS To achieve maximum energy saving we have createdrecirculation system that reintroduces the expelled hot airinside the drum. This way we re-use the hot air whichlowers the energy heating consumption and at the sametime we increase the air flow inside the drum.This new patented system consists in regulating the reusedair-flow depending on the humidity level. This waywe optimize each phase of the drying process with themaximum energy saving without increasing the time ofthe drying cycle.

INSULATED PANELSDOUBLE DOOR GLASS Complete air-flow circuit has been thermally insulatedin order to optimize energy to heat the air and tomaximize energetic efficiency.Drum, panels in contact with air-flow, recirculation ductand of course door (double glass), have been thermallyinsulated to avoid any loss of heat to the outside.

SPRINKLER Integrated Fire Extinguishing System providesmaximum safety and immediate activation of the systemin case of fire inside the dryer basket.

DOUBLE FLOWNew system of mixed axial-radial air-flow increases theefficiency of the whole drying process due to timprovement of the air-flow inside the drum. Besides, re-used air is being reintroduced in the machine directly through the back of the drum, increasing the mix flow effect.

ELECTRONIC CONTROLEasy and intuitive to use, DANUBE tumbler dryers electronic control offers a complete control of the process. Even offering the possibility to select required drum speed, statistics control, technical menu, alarms, etc.

REVERSING DRUMAll models offer reversing drum. This way the dryingprocess is more efficient and offers better uniformityon the garments drying process, avoiding at the sametime tangling of big pieces. Drum reversing systemis done through an inverter in all models.

STAINLESS STEEL DRUMDrums are built in stainless steel BA finishing, tohave better quality and durability.

OPTIMAL FLOWFurther openings on the drum sides and front in theGold range have been implemented to improve airflow and thus drying cycle.

GENTLE DRYNew drum perforations make sure linen is gentlyhandled, lengthening garments lifetime.

CARE DRY New DANUBE humidity sensor offers a precise control ofthe moisture in linen. By this system the drying cycle willautomatically stop when it reaches the set level of residualmoisture. This system offers many advantages. Amongothers we want to point out time and energy savings byavoiding unnecessary prolongation of the drying cycleand wearing of linen. Besides this, the new drying systemadapts automatically drum speed to humidity level of theload. CENTRAL PAY

LAUNDRY POINT can control up to 12 machines (washers and dryers), with centralizedcoin box on an anti-vandalism cupboard. Panels in stainless steel and painted steel.The display is a 4 language screen with possibility to pay cash (coins, notes) or WITHloyalty card (prepaid). An interface board is needed every 3 machines. As option there isa card dispenser and a wall frame.

DANUBE LAUNDRY central pay is more complete, it can control up to 32 machinesand has internet connection. In addition to the cash payment or prepaid card itallows payment by VISA card (optional). Also available as an option is a ticketprinter. Another advantage is the possibility of promotions (time slot, prices) and thatwithout interface board it can control up to 7 machines. From 8 machines, an interface is required every 4 machines.

A third cheaper option is 6-SELF the centralized box, capable of handling up to 6machines, which offers two modes of payment: cash (coins, notes) or loyalty card(prepaid).

The 6-SELF COMPLEX model can be connected to internet, the 6-SELF SIMPLEXcannot.

DANUBE offers a wide range of auxiliary equipment forthe industrial laundry, from ironing tables, presses and formfinishers, to steam cabinets, toppers and spotting tables.Ironing tables can be supplied with built-in boiler, or withoutboiler to be connected to an external steam supply. Differentmodels are available with up-steaming, blowing and vacuumheated table, to simplify the ironing process of all types ofgarments.

Presses are ideal for the ironing of big linen like curtains, bedcovers; and the special press for collar and cuffs makes theprocess easier. Form finishers and steam boxes are thoughtfor cases with quite an important production of garments likecoats, jackets, dresses, shirts, etc.

DANUBE can also offer spotting tables to dry cleaners andother businesses where removing stains is needed beforecleaning the garment.

GENERALSELLING TERMS

Any complaint should have to be detailed, motivated and founded.

It should be addressed directly to the factory within 5 days after receipt of the goods.

The goods are dispatched at the purchaser’s risk. Returnedconsignment must be sent carriage paid.

The single expiration of fixed delivery dates doesn’t terminate the contract. In such a case, the termination is only possible after prior writing notice in which a last reasonable term ofdelivery is stated.

Any invoice payable in France and still pending at maturity will bear a 12 % interest immediately running without formal notice being necessary. If no maturity is mentioned, theinvoice is payable cash.

All collection and protest expenses shall be borne by the purchaser.

The tendering of bills doesn’t change the place of payment.In case of dispute, the Court of commerce of Paris is the solelycompetent.

The execution of an order may be delayed or even refused if one or more previous invoices have remained unpaid.

Our representatives are not allowed to receive funds.

The contractual or legal warranty on our supplied appliances is valid solely for structural defects. In this case, the vendor is obliged only to replace the defective parts at his charge

without any further compensation by reason of other direct or indirect damages suffered by the purchaser because of these structural defects. In any case the vendor cannot be held as responsible as regards both the purchaser and a third party for installation that the purchaser or a third party would add to the goods delivered by the vendor or for any changes that the purchaser or a third party would make to the goods delivered by the vendor. Neither can the vendor be held as responsible if the purchaser or a third party would improperly use the appliances or for other purposes they are not suitable for or if the purchaser or a third party would not maintain the products as per the directives stated by the vendor. In those cases, the purchaser is liable for both the vendor and a third party.

In case of partial deliveries, each delivery should be consideredas a separate transaction with all the legal consequences which could occur.

Cases of force majeure are : non-delivery of goods by our suppliers, strikes, lock-outs, export or import bans, fire, accidents, mobilization, war, disturbances or legal provisions. Each case allows us at our choice to cancel our commitments in whole or in part, temporarily or definitively or to execute themlater.

If the goods we sold, stated in this invoice, are presented to Danube International for disposal or recycling, then Danube International shall charge you for the disposal and recycling ofthese goods in conformity with the European Directive DEEE 2002/96/EC.

Compensation recovery of 40e in case of late payment in accordance with the directives L441-3 and L441-6.
