The purpose of this PowerPoint is to give people an understanding about how importance sleep really is;

especially college students. Some people do not realize how much sleepiness can affect everything

else they do and it is very necessary to live a healthy lifestyle. This PowerPoint will inform the viewer of

how much sleep they should be getting and what can happen if they don’t acknowledge those hours.

Someone may never know how important sleep is until they understand the risks of not sleeping and how it will affect them. I wanted to emphasize how sleep should not be overlooked and I used different

pictures to represent that.
