To Direct Message (Also known as “DM”) someone on Twitter 1. You must be following them 2. AND they must following you back.

N.B. they are called “Direct” not personal…. (These can get out into the Public)

Twitter Advanced Search www.Twitter.com/search-advanced allows you to refine your twitter search further.
