What is a Thermostatic Radiator Valve?

2 thermostatic radiator valve is a controldevicefor individual radiators.

They use a thermostatic sensor to controlthewater =ow.

TRVs consist of two parts#a valve$$$and a sensor.

The valve is connected ,etween the ie>wor!and the radiator-and the sensor sits on to of the valve.

Danfoss has the widest rangeof radiatorvalveson the mar!et--and aim to cover all applications.

The valve has a stem and a cone which are moved ,y the sensor to control &ow.

The sensor is *lled with gas and as the room temerature rises the gas e%ands .This ushes the valve stem down to reduce =ow.
