• Fat Testing, Pasteurizing and Packaging of the Milk and it’s

products before delivering at our Firm.

• We would provide with a comparison option between various

vendors on the basis of price and quality on our website. Choose

what you want!.

• Introducing the Trend of Online Milk in India.

products within one-day.

Marketing Strategy

• Educate rural milk producers about the benefits of our co-operative and

help them join it.

• Target Population: Initially all households and Universities / Colleges in

Neemrana

• Nowadays more and more people are getting accustomed to online

shopping. The portal will connect all the buyers in that particular area.

• Target the Universities & Colleges.

Business Strategy• Our main motto would be to provide the Best Quality at the at most

competitive Price.

• Right value to the producers would be given according to the Fat% in the

milk, thus discouraging adulteration.

• No-Delay Delivery with guaranteed freshness ensured.

• Would need to ensure Good Packaging and Service to gain the trust of

our customers.

• Have a collaboration with a dairy products manufacturing company to

utilize the extra milk.

Technical Concept

• Currently the website is made on Wix.

• We would do a test run of our website by publishing it online for a few

customers in specific areas.

• The customers would have to Login and Subscribe and choose a

plan(monthly/quarterly) to order.

• As the cash starts to flow we would expand our business and try to reach

out for more areas.

Scalability

• This project is highly scalable. As the profits increase, our target areas

• Establish our own Dairy Farm and enter into Retail Market .

• Start manufacturing milk products like curd, cottage cheese, ghee and

whey at our firm.

• Offer better Facilities and Incentives to the Co-Operative members .
