2 | ClassscLiner – The right choice.

All-in-one

All our teat liners are an optimal fi t, but the ClassicLiner 029 is the liner with the greatest adaptability:

It thus becomes an all-rounder and, thanks to its conical shaft, fi ts perfectly to different teat shapes.

Short teats are hard to milk? Not with the new star in our teat liner range. Thanks to the low height of the teat head, any of your cows with shorter teats can be quickly and effi ciently milked, too.

The all-rounder in the spotlight

It fi ts like a glove – that is true for all Classic teat liners.

To get the best in milking performance, the cluster, and especially the teat liner, must fi t exactly to the udder.

This is why the ClassicLiner adapts to the shape of the teat and thus guarantees • reduced air ingress • improved adhesion to the teats • optimum milking • improved throughput performance

Take advantage of the benefi ts of a single-piece teat liner: The teat liner can be changed quickly and fl exibly even between milking times.

The low head height also ensures an optimum massaging effect for shorter teats.

ClassicLiner 029 – Flexible and reliable

The conical shaft permits good and efficient milking for a wide range of teat sizes and shapes without any restrictions in performance.

The installation markings (small black arrows) on the liner head and at the beginning of the short milk hose prevent twisting and ensure a reliable fit.

As the single-piece ClassicLiners do not have an inspection glass, the area of the short milk hose is more flexible compared with multiple-piece teat liners, thus enabling good positioning during milking.

Benefit from the ClassicLiner with four light four light Classic shells for easy handling during milking.

The all-rounder in practical use: His 200 dairy cows have been milked for three months with the 029 ClassicLiner.

“The teats look very healthy and I also have no problems as such with mastitis. The cows are relaxed during milking and the clusterfits wonderfully under the udder. As it is a monoblock liner, changing the teat liner can be done easily and without any effort. The light Classic shells which are used with this liner make daily milking easier both for me and my milkers.“

His tip: “Simply try out the liner! After two weeks you‘ll not want to part with it!“

Walter Gerritsen, milk producer in the Netherlands.
