Faith Formation
“Stay with Us” I would like the parents of the Communion Preparation class, which meets on Tuesday and are taught by Mrs. Rankin, to know that I have cancelled the meeting on Tuesday, February 4th.
These parents are expected to attend the meeting on Sunday, February 2nd with the Level 1 children who are taught by Mrs. Benedicta and Mrs. Marcellus at 10:30-11:30AM in the school gym.
This is an extremely important meeting and I require that the parents attend.

Me gustaría que los padres de la clase de Preparación para la Comunión, que se reúne el martes y la Sra. Rankin les enseñen, sepan que he cancelado la reunión el martes, 4 de febrero.
Se espera que estos padres asistan a la reunión el domingo, 2 de febrero con los niños de Nivel 1 que son enseñados por la Sra. Benedicta y la Sra. Marcellus a las 10:30-11:30AM en el gimnasio de la escuela.
Esta es una reunión extremadamente importante y requiero que los padres asistan.

MUSIC NOTES
Happy New Year! Another great year making beautiful music together comes to an end. I want to thank my Youth Choir and their parents ...we had 100% attendance at the Christmas Eve Pageant and 5:30PM Mass. Congratulations! Special thanks to Monica Cacao and Marcus Samedy on their lovely duet, “Carol of the Drum”. Also special thanks to our senior Youth Choir members, Cassandra Odudukudu and Bianca Samedy, for doing a great job as cantors for our 5:30PM Mass. Everyone in the Youth Choir sang beautifully!!
Much thanks to our amazing Adult Choir. As always, the choir performed for our 9:15PM concert and then for our 10:00PM Christmas Eve Mass ...and did an awesome job doing both! Our friend, Nick Shmorhun, joined us with his exceptional trumpet playing, and we are lucky enough to have Stephanie Hector in our parish with her beautiful voice as cantor and flautist. As we do every year, our other cantors ...Marian Johnson, Benedicta Aisbokhale, Pat Idolor and Joyce Samedy, along with Stephanie, were highlighted throughout our concert. Joyce was our cantor for the 10:00PM Christmas Eve Mass. Thanks to everyone in our choir for their hard work and dedication as we continue to strive to make beautiful music for “the Queen”.
