Sure, cocktail parties can be fun, especially if you’re not the host. So many questions arise when you are the one re-sponsible for the whole shindig: What food should I serve? Real tablewares or disposable? What will we drink? It is all, frankly, a pain in the ass. So I thought that I would help everybody out with a few ideas that will make your soirees go smoothly and that your patrons get good and drunk (responsibly, of course). Tip numero uno: Please stick to one cocktail that you can make in mass quantity. It will make it
