This week our classroom had no one move to a new belt in Typing. Please continue to practice at home to earn your next belt. The children also worked on www.khanacademy.org and www.xtramath.com for practice with math standards and facts. The children earn points each time they go on. I post these results in the classroom. Please be sure to ask your child how they’re doing or check for yourself at home when they log on. Just a few reminders : The Halloween Parade and Party is Monday! PBIS: BE RESPECTFUL, RESPONSIBLE, & SAFESince the removal of the clip charts, it is a little harder to keep track of names for behavior. Our classroom is still trying to determine a program to replace the clip charts. The students received a lot of warnings for talking earlier in the week, which hasn’t been a problem before. Surprisingly on Monday, we had SEVEN students that did not have their Friday Folder signed or even at school. I have an amazing class, so I’m including all their names because I know this transition is hard for all of us! Damien, Keegan, Amelia, James, Emma, Justin, Parker, Matthew, Sarah, Emily J., Aaron Mabe, Aaron Murawski, Thomas, Jadon, Emily R, Aidan, Jackson, Maddy, Brandan, Jade, Taniah, Gabriella, and Grace! Love these kids!!!!!!!!!!

BOOK REPORT/READING CALENDARSA few students need the weekend to get their book, so I will ask for titles on Monday and then get the book reports together to send home.
