Wednesday, December 3rd
Culture + Patience = Sustainable Success Jason Wheeler, CPIM, CSCP –
2014 Chair of APICS International
Top companies have a great culture (Google, DreamWorks Animation, Whole Foods) that others strive to emulate.
Why are some successful and others not?
How to avoid the flavor of the month label when rolling out a new philosophy?
During this presentation, we will review what seems to be a pretty simple philosophy while most companies struggle with it every day. Why?
We will discuss some of the key factors for building a strong culture that will be sustainable for years to come. Attendees will walk away with a better understanding of what it takes to make your new culture philosophy have that “stickiness” factor.
3 Take Aways
Gain a better understanding of the challenges to creating a sustainable culture.
Learn about some new tools around building a stronger culture.
Leave inspired to make a positive change or begin on a program at their company.
Who Should Attend: Anyone that wants to impact the culture within their company.
