Do not use any umlauts (ae = ä), any spaces or any special characters (\.,:;!) `/+*), except for _ or -. (The number of pages must be included in the file name.) Data carrier CD-ROM, DVD, USB stick, external HD, etc. Data transmission After consultation with the project manager, FTP or common web transfer methods are good options. There is also the possibility of obtaining data from an external FTP server via a web link. Supplied color originals/color proofs A color-accurate proof must necessarily comply with the ISO standard of print-run paper and include elements such as Ugra/Fogra Media Wedge V3. 0 (according to ISO12647), info line, and label with test record. If the prescribed elements are missing on the color proof, it is not accepted as color-reproducible! If no color proof as a reference exists, your order will be printed according to our PSO standard. Area coverage Rotary offset printing: coated, matt and shiny glazed paper: max 300% Matt-coated and shiny glazed SC papers: maximum 280% Offset and recycled papers: up to 260% Sheet-fed offset: coated, matt and shiny glazed paper: max 340% Offset and recycled paper: up to 280% Color definitions Scale colors (process colors), decorative colors (spot colors) according to FOGRA Page format We expect single pages, and also real double pages after consultation (2/3, 4/5, etc.). Imposed double pages are not accepted. The document name must correspond to the number of pages. The supplied PDFs must include at least 3 mm trim on all four sides.
