Main problem :

Chlorine attack on the anchors. The roof lining had sagged (dropped) by 5 -15cm in some areas.

This was very dangerous!

The anchors were corroded near the outlet pipe so a strip approx. 50cm wide was removed and the castable repaired with new anchors.
