CYCLONE About This Product Specifications The aerodynamically-designed shape of Forsbergs High Efficiency Cyclones provides superior performance in separating material from the air flow. Dust or material-laden air enters the cyclone’s inlet and is smoothly transitioned into centrifugal motion. The gravitational movement of the circling air downward and the long shape of the cone design direct air into the vortex area where the seperation takes place. H.E. Cyclones are constructed in heavy gauge steel, providing the durability necessary for years of dependable operation. They are constructed in three sections, for ease of assembly and shipping. H.E. Cyclones are available in either clockwise or counterclockwise rotation of air flow. The inlet and outlet are flanged. Transitions are also available as an option.
