The Cyclone Dust Collector captures dust expelled during filling, avoiding waste, keeping the base clean and preventing vermin. Benefits • Ensures surrounding area is free from airborne feed dust, keeping the base of the silo clean - Improved biosecurity against TB and other diseases - Less evidence of badgers and birds on site - Cleaner working environment • Prevents waste and saves money; feed dust can be collected and re-used • The moulded plastic body is hygienic, is easy to clean and has no moving parts • Each Cyclone incorporates a pressure relief valve which will vent if the Cyclone becomes blocked during filling of the silo • Two static silos can ‘share’ one cyclone by means of a double silo connection kit, dependent upon positioning of silos additional pipework and bends may be required • New mobile design allows a single Cyclone to be used on multiple silos, the quick release coupling is easily detached and moved to the next silo.
