A modern V-belt tensionerreliably carries out yourmaintenance. The tensionwill always be set at thecorrect level. This means no slip and absolutelymaintenance free.
The air intake filter, oil fillpoint, spin on/off, air/oilseparators and oil filter areconveniently located behindeasy removable panels orwide hinged doors, therebyminimising yourmaintenance time andcosts.
Quality AirCyclon Series compressorsdeliver high quality coolcompressed air, ideal foryour production process.
An air/oil separation systemincorporating centrifugal, gravity and filteredseparation ensures very lowoil carryover (2-3mg/m3).
A pressure transducerenables the dischargepressure to be controlledwithin a 0.1 bar bandminimising system pressurefluctuations.
Quality In-builtAn ISO 9001 certified designand manufacturing process, continuously audited by bothour internal auditors andLloyd’s Register ensures ahigh quality and reliableproduct.
Every compressor is testedfor operation andperformance in accordancewith our own stringentspecifications and those ofthe industry standard,PNEUROP/CAGI PN2CPTC2code.
High Performance and EfficiencyThe CompAir BroomWadedesigned, developed andmanufactured Cyclon profilecompression elementdelivers high air output for minimum powerconsumption. When teamedwith the high efficiency drivemotor the result is anenergy-efficient highperformance package.
Installation FlexibilityA small installation footprint, lifting slots and versatilecompressed air dischargesimplify installation while lownoise levels and resilientmounts allow siting withoutdisturbance to nearbypersonnel or equipment.
Cyclon 105 to 222 modelsare designed to passthrough a standard doorwayfor ease of positioning.
The Cyclon 4 offers avertical air discharge whilstthe Cyclon 1-3 has a uniquereversible cooling air outletgrille enabling eitherhorizontal or verticaldischarge depending oninstallation requirements.
Simple ServicingAll major servicecomponents are grouped in one area. Servicing issimple, quick andeconomical.
The Inside StoryOur prime objective in developing theCyclon rotary screwcompressors was toprovide a range of
compressors from5.5kW to 75kW
that combinedhigh performance,
low operating costsand reliability withease of installationand servicing.
Sound engineeringprinciples allied toinnovative design hasresulted in a range of compressors thatexceeds theseobjectives.
ReliabilityThe slow running compression element issupported on precisiontaper and parallel rollerbearings for long trouble-free life with vee-belt life anddrive efficiency enhanced byautomatic belt tensioning. The enclosure filtermaintains internalcleanliness and ensurescoolers operate at maximumefficiency. A fully EMC(Electro MagneticCompatibility) testedelectronic control systemhoused in an IP 54enclosure together with highquality pressure tranducersand temperature sensorfurther safeguardsoperational reliability.
