Apprentices – Awarding Certificates We proudly announce that we had the chance to hand over more than 25 certificates to each professional course. The head of the profession consigned the diploma to their gradu-ates. Outstanding apprentices, having excelled the expectations in view of performance, punctuality or com-plete attendance in three year row, were honored by a special award. Ad-ditionally, one Metal Worker gradu-ate was awarded for the best out-standing PTC performance.

Post Grads – Awarding Certificates Not only apprentices, but also the Post-Graduate Program “In-Com-pany-Trainer” was successfully com-pleted by 24 attendees. They accom-plished a theoretical course during ten weeks, acquiring valuable skills

and knowledge for training appren-tices and staff at their companies and, thus, multiplying their know-how and efficiency in the business world. The outstanding post-graduates were honored by a special award handed over by Jeremias Pellaton and our CEO Daw Khin Myat Sandar.

A great thank you to NEPAS This extraordinary event came true also due to the generous and mean-ingful support from NEPAS (National Energy Puma Aviation Services). An Appreciation Certificate was given to the Event Sponsor, represented by Mr. David Holden (MD), in order to express the gratefulness of his appre-ciated commitment to CVT Myanmar. In his concise speech in turn, he high-lighted the importance of Vocational Training for the youth, for the compa-nies and for the country’s economy. Such support from the business world is essential for CVT and its appren-tices. We are looking forward to the further collaboration with NEPAS!

Last but not least… All good things must come to end, they say. Consequently, the CVT grad-uates made it such a spectacular end that they did not leave any doubt that no end is forever and that it was just the beginning of a new, exciting era they are moving towards now. They performed the well-deserved song “Congratulations”, each profession giving their best to demonstrate to the audience short, entertaining sam-ples of their daily practical work. Lit-erally in the end, that made one spe-cial award for outstanding perfor-

mance! 😊

The End: Happy. Assuring. Path-breaking. Prospective. May the experiences made at CVT-Myanmar be spread to the youth and the companies!
