Richard is Native's Vice President and Director for Planning, Revenue and Economics. From our UKoffice he leads the transport planning team to deliver projects throughout the world. His sectoralexperience is largely within the road, rail and fisheries sectors, where he has conducted dozens ofrevenue forecasting and cost benefit analysis activities as part of wider feasibility studies. Hisspecialist areas include traffic and revenue forecasting, cost benefit analysis, risk analysis, transportplanning, project leadership and PPP. For each specialist area Richard has also provided capacitybuilding / training to clients in the USA, Vietnam, Philippines and Indonesia. Recently, Richard actedas a public sector advisor to the Indonesian Government on traffic and revenue studies as part oftheir expressway development programme.
